Privacy notice
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This notice covers the website studiojukic.ch and enquiries and orders to Studio Jukic. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.
Who is responsible
Marko Jukic, Studio Jukic, Tössfeldstrasse 67b, 8406 Winterthur, Switzerland, marko@studiojukic.ch
What data I process
- Emails you send me: name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it) and what the message says.
- Photos and logos you send me for a sample or an order, and the reels made from them.
- Billing data: name, address, amount and payment received.
- Access data for this website: when you open it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser.
What for
I use this data to answer your enquiry, make and deliver samples and ordered reels, send invoices and serve this website. Apart from Higgsfield's use of them for training (see below), I use your photos only for your own reels. I show your reels as references only with your written permission, for each reel separately.
Services I pass data to
- Higgsfield Inc., 535 Mission St, San Francisco, animates your photos and, according to its privacy policy (last updated 26 July 2026), uses uploaded content to train its AI models. Country: USA. Safeguard: Higgsfield is not certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF list checked on 3 October 2026), and its privacy policy only says it seeks to use Standard Contractual Clauses. So I upload photos only with your explicit consent (DSG Art. 17 para 1 lit. a). I add your logo only locally on my side, in the overlay and the end card, never at Higgsfield; I remove the photos' metadata (EXIF, GPS) before uploading them.
- Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, hosts and delivers this website (hosting and CDN). Country: USA. Safeguard: Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (status on the DPF list: "Active - Re-certification under Review", checked on 3 October 2026).
- Email: METANET AG, Zurich. Country: Switzerland (data centres in Zurich and Oberengstringen). The data stays in Switzerland; there is no transfer abroad.
- Payment processing: PostFinance AG, Bern. Country: Switzerland. For QR-bills, PostFinance receives your company's name and address. The data stays in Switzerland.
How long I keep data
- I delete photos, logos and reels 30 days after our agreement ends, including the copies in my Higgsfield library. Higgsfield may keep deleted content on its servers for up to 30 days, and longer in backups. Use for training at Higgsfield cannot be undone.
- Photos sent for a sample only, with no order after it: I delete them 30 days after you decline, including the copies in my Higgsfield library. If you don't reply, I delete them 30 days after delivering the sample.
- Emails: 12 months after the last contact, unless an order needs them longer.
- Billing data: 10 years from the end of the financial year (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
- Access data at Cloudflare: I do not store or analyse access data myself. Cloudflare keeps it by its own criteria (the purpose of the processing and legal duties); its privacy policy (last updated 4 November 2025) gives no fixed period.
People and children in photos
I only work with photos showing recognisable faces if the people in them have given written consent. That consent must also cover the transfer to Higgsfield (USA) and the AI training there. I do not work with photos of children.
