Is this for you?
Yes, if you sell something people like looking at and you have photos of it. You need the rights to the photos, including the right to have them edited.
I only work with your own photos. Your product stays exactly as it is in them; I restage the light, the surface and the props. I don't invent other products, ingredients, people, your premises or views.
Will it look good?
The free sample shows you, with your own photos, before you pay anything. The sample is labelled as AI content too. I pick and check every scene by hand before the video goes to you. If I cannot animate a photo, I will tell you within 3 working days and ask for another one.
How much work is it for you?
Not much. You email me 3 photos and your logo. You get the finished video back as a file. You post it yourself, pick a track from Instagram's or TikTok's business music library as you post, and switch on the platform's AI label.
Prices
All prices in CHF, no VAT (not VAT-registered).
Das Foto-Reel (photo reel) CHF 190
3 of your photos become 1 vertical 9:16 reel, 10 to 15 seconds long, ready in 3 working days from receipt of the photos and the payment. Included: captions and animated text in Swiss Standard German (English on request), an end card with your logo and a call to action, the AI label, Content Credentials (C2PA), sound effects I make myself and one revision round. There is no music.
Advents-Pilot (Advent pilot) CHF 490
3 Foto-Reels, ready to post on 29 November, in mid-December and on 31 December 2026. Order by Friday 20 November 2026. Send all 9 photos with your order, so by that day at the latest.
Reels-Abo (reel subscription) from CHF 590 a month
- CHF 590 a month: 4 Foto-Reels
- CHF 890 a month: 6 Foto-Reels, each with a Werbe-Version (ad version), plus one Sprachversion (language version) a month. Each month you can swap Werbe-Versions and the Sprachversion 1:1. 3 unused Werbe-Versions make 1 extra Foto-Reel (at most 1 a month). Unused items expire at the end of the month.
You can cancel any time by email, effective at the end of the current month, with no minimum term.
Extras
- Werbe-Version: CHF 90. An ad cut of a reel, always with a visible AI label.
- Sprachversion: CHF 50 per extra language. French and Italian only if you proofread the text. I will offer Croatian only once I have checked it myself on a test line.
A Christmas or New Year greeting is an ordinary Foto-Reel: CHF 190, plus CHF 50 for each extra language.
Reels in the Reels-Abo, Werbe-Versions, Sprachversions and revised versions also come within 3 working days each, counted from receipt of the photos or of your request.
Payment terms
You pay by QR-bill. Every bill shows a fixed due date ("payable by …").
- Orders of CHF 190 or less, that is a Foto-Reel or an extra on its own: 100% upfront, payable on receipt. I start once the photos and the payment are in.
- Orders above CHF 190, except the Reels-Abo: 50% upfront, the rest on delivery, payable within 10 days.
- Advents-Pilot: CHF 245 with the order, payable on receipt, by the order cut-off on Friday 20 November 2026 at the latest. The bill for the remaining CHF 245 comes with the first reel (by 29 November 2026), never later than Thursday 10 December 2026, and is payable within 10 days.
- Reels-Abo: the first month is payable on receipt, before I start. For each later month, I bill you on the 15th of the month before, payable by the 1st of the month. If you cancel after the 15th, I cancel the bill already sent for the next month.
What if it doesn't work out?
The sample costs nothing. If you don't like it, don't order. A paid reel includes one revision round, and you can cancel the Reels-Abo any month.
How I label AI
Your reels are animated with AI, and they say so: labelled under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, with Content Credentials.
The normal version has a small "AI" mark in one corner, and the line "restaged from original photos by [your company]" in the caption or on the end card. When you post, you also switch on Instagram's or TikTok's AI label.
A clearly visible "AI-generated · restaged from original photos by [your company]" always goes on Werbe-Versions, on reels with people, rooms or food portions, and on anything aimed at an audience in the EU.
Every finished file carries Content Credentials (C2PA), a digital record of where it came from. When you post, keep my label or the platform's label in place. Never remove it from a Werbe-Version.
What happens to your photos
To animate them, I upload your photos to the AI cloud service Higgsfield in the USA. According to its privacy policy, Higgsfield uses uploaded content to train its AI models, and I cannot undo that use later. I add your logo only locally on my side, in the overlay and the end card, never at Higgsfield; I remove the photos' metadata (EXIF, GPS) before uploading them. I delete your files 30 days after our agreement ends, including the copies in my Higgsfield library. Higgsfield may keep deleted content on its servers for up to 30 days, and longer in backups. I only work with photos showing recognisable faces if the people in them have given written consent, and never with photos of children.
By sending photos and your logo, you confirm that you hold all rights to them, including the right to have them edited. If anyone makes a claim against me because of the photos or the logo, you will indemnify me against it. Higgsfield is not certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. So I upload your photos only with your explicit consent (Swiss Data Protection Act, DSG Art. 17 para 1 lit. a): please write a short "Agreed" in your email. With it, you agree that I send the photos to Higgsfield in the USA for the animation and that Higgsfield uses them there to train its AI models. Without this "Agreed", I upload nothing.
